The Royal Villa covers 355 squares metres interior and opens onto a private terrace of 630 square metres. It has a heated swimming pool of 11 metres long, which is accessible from all the rooms in this majestic residence.
The Villa has two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. There is a separate living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms are structured around a central patio with a water fountain; a pure spring that refreshes the entire space and gives life to the soul. Each room is defined by a harmony of colours and a sense of authentic detail.

This ambient restaurant offers a specially curated menu of light and healthy meals throughout the day. Enjoy views of the beautiful pool, the Grand Canal water feature, citrus and olive gardens and the Atlas Mountain range.
